  • Correspondence you send by email or phone
  • Basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited when necessary for security and site operation
  • Cookie-related preferences as described in our cookies policy

We do not ask for resident registration numbers, payment card numbers on this website, or brokerage account credentials.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, schedule placement calls, administer enrolments, send lesson logistics, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations.

Depending on the context, processing rests on steps prior to a contract, performance of a training agreement, our legitimate interests in operating a teaching practice, consent where required for non-essential cookies, or legal duty.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless a longer period is required for accounting or dispute resolution. Enrolment and invoice records are retained for the period required under Korean commercial and tax rules. Server logs are rotated on a shorter cycle unless needed for security investigation.

Sharing

We use service providers who host email, scheduling, or the website infrastructure. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when required by Korean authorities or to protect legal rights.

International transfers

If a provider stores data outside the Republic of Korea, we take steps appropriate under applicable law, such as contractual safeguards, before transfer.

Your rights

Subject to Korean privacy legislation, you may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent where processing is consent-based. Children

Training is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14. Contact us if you believe we have done so.
