These terms apply to the website distributeddatanet.digital and to training arranged through it.

Acceptance

By using this website or enrolling in a lesson offered by Distributed Data Net, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or register for training.

Who we are

Distributed Data Net provides technical analysis training focused on RSI and momentum interpretation. Contact details appear in the site footer and on the contact page. The office address is 85-8, Yanghangri, Imgo-myeon, Yeongcheon-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do.

Training nature

Lessons teach chart interpretation. They are educational. They are not personalised investment advice, portfolio management, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or contract. You remain responsible for your trading decisions and risk.

Accounts and accuracy

You must provide accurate information when enquiring or enrolling. We may refuse or cancel a booking if information is misleading or if class capacity or safety requires it.

Intellectual property

Course materials, worksheets, site copy, and curriculum outlines remain the property of Distributed Data Net or their licensors. You may use materials for personal study related to a lesson you attended. You may not copy, resell, publish, or teach from them commercially without written permission.

Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or post unlawful material through forms. We may suspend access where misuse is detected.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Distributed Data Net is not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or consequential damages arising from training content or site use. Our aggregate liability related to a paid lesson is limited to the fees you paid for that lesson, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence where applicable).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts with jurisdiction over Yeongcheon-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do shall have competence over disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for subsequent use.
